We do not issue any refunds for donations, but are happy to replace any of our goods that are damaged during the production or shipping process. Thank you for helping provide more smiles to our teammates.
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.5 as we are trying to maximize how much of your donation directly impacts the children we serve. There is free shipping for orders over $100!
We offer Standard Shipping through USPS with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 Business Days.
We also offer local delivery around South Bend and Notre Dame's Campus within a 6 mile radius for a rate of $5 and a delivery time of 3-5 Business Days.
